Hi sauna freaks
During sauna-bathing you also go outside and jump (still naked) through a small hole in the ice on a lake, the sea or whatever and refresh yourself in the freezing water - or roll in the snow instead.
Do you like doing that?

Hello Polar thrill seeker
I love warmth and the sauna - I couldn't dream of dipping myself voluntarily into icy water. So, I'm afraid I can't agree with you.
Looking forward to hearing other opinions.
Best regards Loving warmth

Hello all!
Bathing at below 20 degrees is suicidal! I know, that the finns have strange habits like wife carrying, swamp soccer and sauna competitions, but this really goes over the edge. Off course I can understand those medical advantages, but still, from my point of view theres no going into the hole in the ice.

Hi
I am the one who likes dipping myself into icy water. And I prefer doing it without sauna.
Am I the only one?
Best regards Frozen Lady ;D

Hello
In my opinion swimming in cold water is very healthy. When you go to swim into cold water from sauna for the first time , the water feels terrible cold and it´s difficult to swim. But after you have warmed up in the sauna again the second time is much easier.
Best regards
