This is my first visit here for a long time. How are you Ritva? What about the Chat Group on Monday evening? I've been busy. I've been in touch with a mission office looking for the post in Japan. If we're lucky we might leave to Japan in the August 2006. There will be 2 years language school in Tokyo and a year work in the first period. The 2nd period will also be 3 years long.
I'm going to join to the Chat group in the autumn again. I need to practise my English as much as I can. You see, the language School is English/Japanese-school. Fortunately I've got a Japanece study book in Finnish already. I need to say the language is very interesting. It isn't as difficult you might think...
If some one is interested in to practise English, please be welcome to the Old Church, (Keskustorin Vanhakirkko) on Sundays 4 pm. There is the English Service. I've visited there for 4 months now and I like it very much. All the text they read is also printed on paper, so it's easy to follow the service. You need to trust to your ears only when listening to sermon. That isn't printed on the paper.
I wish you all a Happy Spring! I will catch you later.

Dear LadyCoyote
lovely to hear from you and about your interesting plans for the future.
Thank you for the info about the Old Church services as well. Yes, that is a good idea.
Both Monday and Tuesday Chit-chat groups were going strong - in full swing - but this spring it was without you. It will be lovely to have you with us in the autumn again.
Do visit this site as well (even before the autumn term begins!) It would be nice to have some conversation going on in the summer, too.
Best wishes
Ritva
